Privacy Policy

Short version: the game needs almost nothing from you, we sell nothing, and advertising is handled by Google under their own policies. Below is the complete, plain-language version.

Effective date: October 12, 2026 · Applies to playfulfillionaire.com

1. Who we are

This website and the game Fulfillionaire ("the Service") are operated by RVN Games ("we", "us"). You can reach us at gemma@junevision.com. This policy explains what information the Service handles, why, and what choices you have.

2. What the game stores — and where

Fulfillionaire is designed to work without an account. By default, everything the game knows lives in your own browser's local storage on your device:

  • Your in-game progress (stations, managers, upgrades, prestige multipliers, lifetime stats, boosts).
  • Your tycoon name and settings (audio, tutorial flags).
  • Optional PIN-code save slots, if you create them.

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the optional cloud backup (below) or export a save code yourself. Clearing your browser's site data deletes it — that's why cloud backup exists.

3. Optional cloud backup

If you choose to sign in with Google for cloud saves, we receive and store the minimum needed to run the feature:

  • Your Google account's basic profile (display name, email address, and account identifier) via Google's sign-in service.
  • Your encrypted save data, stored so you can restore it on another device or after clearing browser data.

Signing in is entirely optional, and you can ask us to delete your cloud save at any time via the contact email below.

4. Advertising and cookies

The Service is free because it is supported by advertising, served by Google AdSense and its partners. To serve and measure ads, Google uses cookies and similar technologies, including:

  • The DoubleClick DART cookie, which enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this and/or other websites.
  • Measurement and fraud-prevention technologies that report ad views and clicks.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time:

Our own cookies are few and functional: a consent preference (fl_consent, remembers your banner choice for one year) and, if you use it, a signed-in cookie for the stats backroom behind the footer counter (fl_admin, 7 days). Neither is used for tracking, and neither is shared.

You can also disable cookies in your browser entirely; the game itself will continue to work, though your banner choice and backroom sign-in will not persist, and ad delivery may be affected.

5. What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
  • We do not run third-party analytics or behavioral tracking. The only product analytics we keep are the anonymous, self-hosted events described in section 5a.
  • We do not collect precise location, contacts, device files, or any data unrelated to playing the game or serving ads.
  • The game contains no in-app purchases and no payment processing of any kind.

5a. Anonymous product analytics

To understand how the game is played, we log a small number of gameplay events to a file hosted on our own server — for example, first manager hired, first prestige, or returned on day two. Each event record contains only the event name, an optional whole number (like a prestige count), and a UTC timestamp.

  • No identifiers: no name, email, IP address, user agent, device ID, advertising ID, or cookies are stored with these events, and they cannot be linked to you or your device.
  • No third parties: the data never leaves our server and is never shared with analytics companies.
  • Your choice: you can switch this off any time in the game's Settings → "anonymous usage stats". The site footer also shows an aggregate hit counter — a single running number per page with no identifiers attached.

6. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Because the game normally requires no personal information at all, no such collection occurs during ordinary play. If you believe a child has provided us personal information (for example, via the contact email), contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Data security and retention

Local save data is protected by whatever device security you already use; we never see it. Cloud saves are stored with our hosting provider and retained only while you use the feature — request deletion and it's gone. Server logs (standard web hosting access logs) are kept by our host for operational security and rotated routinely.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy — for example, if a new feature needs new data — the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date before the change takes effect. Material changes will also be noted in the update log.

9. Contact

Questions, corrections, deletion requests, or ad-related concerns: gemma@junevision.com. We answer everything, usually within a couple of days.
