Terms of Service

The rules for playing Fulfillionaire and using this website. Written to be read, not to be weaponized.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using playfulfillionaire.com (the "Service"), including the game Fulfillionaire, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service is

The Service is a free, browser-based idle game supported by advertising. There are no purchases, subscriptions, or paid features on this website. Optional rewarded advertisements grant in-game boosts; display advertisements fund development and hosting.

3. License to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the Service for your own entertainment. This license is the extent of what you receive — no ownership of the Service, its code, art, audio, or data transfers to you.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its hosting infrastructure.
  • Use automated means to manipulate ad delivery, impressions, or clicks — ad fraud is a crime in most jurisdictions and we report it.
  • Attempt to misrepresent the Service, mirror it deceptively, or distribute modified versions of the game that mislead players.
  • Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. Intellectual property

All content of the Service — code, visual design, artwork, music, sound effects, text, and the Fulfillionaire name — is the property of RVN Games or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share links to the Service freely; you may not scrape, rehost, or sell its content.

6. Your content

If you submit feedback, bug reports, or suggestions (for example by email), you grant us permission to use them to improve the Service without obligation or compensation. Your in-game tycoon name and saves remain yours; they live on your device unless you opt into cloud backup.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that progress will never be lost — browsers clear data, devices fail, and hosting has bad days. Use the optional cloud backup or export features to protect important progress. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVN Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free and involves no transactions, your maximum exposure here is, quite literally, zero dollars.

9. Advertising

Advertisements on the Service are provided by third parties, including Google AdSense, under their own policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the data practices of ad partners; see the Privacy Policy for details and opt-out options.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service evolves. The version posted on this page with the newest effective date governs. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
